Sunday Schedule | 9:00am Coffee/Fellowship | 10:00am Worship Service
Sunday we will kick off a four-week series in the book of Colossians. Throughout the book of Colossians we see that it drips with the “supremacy of Christ”. Paul is the author, and he wants the church to know who Christ is and the work that He has accomplished for the people. Now as people who are assured of who we are in Christ, this transforms our daily living.
We are looking forward to having John Turnipseed preach the first week of the series (Colossians 3:20-21). John spent the first half of his life with a gun in one hand making Minneapolis a nightmare—which uniquely positions him to lead its most troubled citizens into the light Formally the leader of one of the most notorious gangs in "Murderapolis", he is a sought-after speaker and the director of the nationally recognized Fathering Center at Urban Ventures, located in the very neighborhood he used to terrorize. He has positively impacted thousands of lives and hundreds of families. He is the author of the book: Bloodline. For more of John’s story – google him – it’s an interesting, captivating story.
We look forward to having you and your family worship with us on Sunday.
